Hi, I'm Victoria! You can think of me as the person who makes sure your entire experience with RP Visual Arts is seamless and stress-free. As the Executive Assistant, I'm the main point of contact for all your planning and questions once you've booked your date.
While Robb focuses on capturing your story through his lens, I'm here to ensure all the logistical details are handled perfectly. For clients who choose our Day-of Coordinator add-on, I am your dedicated partner, providing up to 12 hours of coverage to manage the wedding day from start to finish. I'll take care of everything from rehearsal coordination, timeline management, and vendor management to guest and wedding party coordination.
My goal is to be the bridge between your vision and the final product, so that when your wedding day arrives, you can simply enjoy every moment.
